Terms and conditions

1. Damage to Property:

A £500 hold for a damage deposit will be taken during your stay and refunded/released within 5 working days of your check out.

* The Client agrees to keep Southview Spa and all furnishings, fixtures, fittings, and effects in the same state of repair as at the commencement of the stay.

* The Client will be responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during the rental period.

* In the event of any damage, the Client authorises the Owner to charge up to £5,000 to cover the cost of repair or replacement.

2. Late Check-Out:

* Check-out time is strictly 10:00 AM.

* Any check-out after 10:00 AM will incur a late check-out fee equal to one night's stay, up to a maximum of £2,000.

3. Use of Property:

* The Client agrees to use the property solely for the purpose of a holiday let and will not engage in any illegal activities on the premises.

* The Client agrees to respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.

4. Number of Occupants:

* The property is let for a maximum of 18 persons. Exceeding this number without prior agreement will result in a charge of up to £5000

5. Pets:

* Pets are not allowed on beds, sofa or in the pool/spa area. If there is evidence of this not being kept to a fee of £2000 can be charged.

6. Smoking:

* Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. If there is evidence of this not being kept to a fee of £2000 can be charged.

7. Compliance with Law:

* The Client agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations during their stay.

Indemnity

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the property.

8. Noise pollution fee charge

You must also adhere to Windermere Council’s noise policy of no loud noise that can be heard by neighbours past 11pm. Please be particularly mindful of this when outside. If police are called out by neighbours, you will be fined £1000 and banned from any further stays at the property.

Agreement

By ticking the box to this agreement/terms, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
